Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Wrexham

Stayed with work for the whole of June, can't fault anything, great choices for evening meals, and the steak was sensational. Arriving for breakfast and the waitress saying she's knows I always want an Earl Grey tea and it's on its way before I even ask, shows how well they look after their guests. All the staff are courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable, special thanks to the whole reception team, even Danny and his comedy trousers. However I have to give special mention to Louis, he always goes above and beyond to assist in anyway he can, he is an absolute credit to the hotel and I hope they realise how lucky they are to have such a fantastic individual working for them.

Had a good stay here.... room was a good size and some free chocolate and drinks. Food was generally good and make sure you look at the breakfast menu - some good options over the normal buffet.

Perfect Base for Touring North Wales A very quick check in and a perfect room for ourselves as well as our wheelchair bound daughter meant a great time with air conditioning to ensure comfort a definitely plus as well in the hot weather. Service was efficient in all areas with housekeeping each day when we were out and about touring the area and breakfast service quick and efficient too with a very good buffet. Dinner as well was perfect after a long day of touring or driving arriving from Ireland and the sharing platter was the perfect end to the day with the very attentive bar staff and excellent local beer. Definitely a great spot to stay when touring around North Wales and then a perfect spot to head south to Cardiff for another Wyndham hotel.

Arrived last week and was met by the lovely reception staff, the gentleman was kind and attentive and answered any questions I asked. The staff in the breakfast weren’t as friendly and I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast personally either, items were finished and weren’t available to be replaced like the pastries leaving the choice a bit glum. Everything else was great, the rooms were a good size, sky TV and the bathroom well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, though I didn’t use it was good to have the choice. Free parking on site.

Great location for the town and walking distance to the Wrexham football stadium. Quick and easy checkin, the lady was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel had a car park

Rainbows over Ramada is what I’m calling this one. Played a British Master Tennis Tournament at nearby Wrexham Tennis Centre, this was ideal. The little gym was a the reason for booking here to prep to matches. The food was the other reason. Made to order and adaptable for competition. They even brought available food to my room after a late finish one night when the main restaurant was closed. Delivered with a smile. Spacious clean room with a fast flowing generous shower and bath tub to soak away in. As you can see, parking is plentiful too. Very easy, comfortable and lovely place to stay. Will definitely be coming back

Had lunch here today The restaurant was full and the bar extremely busy Nevertheless, we found a table in the bar and ordered from the Christmas menu The sandwiches were a full meal themselves Absolutely delicious and would have done for two people The staff were attentive helpful and cheerful in spite of being so incredibly busy The food arrived quickly and we really enjoyed it Many thanks to all the staff who worked so hard We’ve stayed with you overnight a few years ago and you are a definite stop off when we are in the area

Ideal location when visiting friends nearby. Hotel well appointed with rooms larger than competitors. It is in a quiet location. The only comment for improvement is the signpost to the Hotel is very poor. Otherwise a great find.
